Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Kultz is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be held by the local carrier for collection or returned to the sender. Additional fees may apply for redelivery or reshipment services.
