REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Kultz, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue so we can review the situation and provide a suitable resolution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact our support team before submitting a request.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please submit a return request for the original item and place a new order separately.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

Customers located within the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags included.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or credit card company.

Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after approval.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received from Kultz.
